2. Products & Services We offer ready-to-wear women's fashion including dresses, palazzo pants, co-ord sets, skirts, and personalised embroidery services for individuals and corporate clients. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order is charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept all major payment methods available through our store.

5. Embroidery & Custom Orders Custom embroidery orders are made to order and may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Please review your personalisation details carefully before submitting — we cannot be held responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds Our returns and refund policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt. 7. Shipping Orders are dispatched from Ireland. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
