Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We ship to all addresses within Ireland. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

EU & International Shipping We ship to EU countries and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–10 business days for EU orders. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Embroidery & Custom Orders Personalised embroidery orders require additional production time of 5–7 business days before dispatch. Please allow extra time when ordering embroidered items, especially for corporate orders.
